Do I really need a protein bar??
Happy Sunday !!
I hope everyone is having a great weekend and getting ready for our 10 in 20 Challenge that starts tomorrow !!
Besides being active on the weekends we also want to spend at least some time thinking and preparing for what we want to accomplish in the upcoming week !!
It doesn't need to a be a long list - just 1 or 2 things that you want to achieve !!
So who eats protein bars ??
Are they healthy ?? should you eat them every day ??
Protein bars can be healthy but you have to checkout the labels - do they have added sugars ?? how many carbs and how much protein are you actually getting ??
I know they are convenient but things like hard boiled eggs - nut & seeds - beans & lentils or even cottage cheese are usually more nutritious and have protein in them as well !!
