So I get asked almost every day what should I be doing 1st thing in the morning ??
Great question and though we are all different the very 1 st thing we should be doing is drinking water !!
I know sounds simple but our bodies after 8 hours of sleep are dehydrated and our bodies need that water to get it going !!
