The answer to all those questions is YES !!
Carrot juice CAN be extremely healthy & good for you BUT if you drink too much of it - it can turn your skin orange!!
I'm not a big fan of juice - especially store bought juice because of all the additives . I believe that we should drink water and eat our fruits and veggies but if you can juice at home (naturally) it can be quite nutritious !!
