Are you sore AF the day after a workout?
You made it to the weekend - almost!!
So before you start making those pumpkin pies and carving those scary faces lets take a look at what you accomplished this week :)
Did you accomplish everything you wanted to?? Did you lose that 1 pound?? did you lift a little heavier ?? eat a little healthier ?? got a few more minutes of sleep??
Remember this is your journey and only you can own !!
So who hurts the day or days after a hard workout or even maybe your first workout ??
If you do - it's normal !!
But what should I do ??
Rest is part of the process so make sure you take at least one active rest day each week !! Make sure you are always warming up and doing dynamic stretches before your workout !! Always cool down and do more static stretches after your workout!!

Also make sure you are eating as healthy as you can and drink plenty of water !!
