There is an old saying that Rome wasn't built in a day but they worked on it every day !!
We don't lose those pounds or get fit in a day but if we work on it every day amazing things can happen !!
So who thinks chicken is always healthy to add our meal plan ??
For the most part chicken is extremely nutritious - high in protein and great to have almost every day BUT too many of us hear that and think we cook and prepare it anyway we want and it will still be healthy !!
Fried chicken - rotisserie chicken - chicken nuggets and even chicken salad are not something we want to be having every day!!
Yes grilled and baked chicken can be great but watch those sauces and marinades !!
