So with Halloween in 6 days is there a healthier candy I should be handing out ( and eating for me)??
Yes there are healthier candies you can hand out BUT for yourself - eat something that you really - really want!! Remember life is about balance and 1 candy bar or sweet will not hurt you but learn to stop at just one and learn to savory the tastes and smells of it !!
