Should we take melatonin??

I hope everyone had a great Friday and ready for an awesome weekend !! Any big plans ??
I know with the weather turning colder and covid still out there we may have a desire to stay inside!! That may be our comfort zone talking and encourage you to get bundled up and get outside !!
Remember we are not bears - we don't have to hibernate when it cold :)
So who takes melatonin ?? Do you think it's a sleep pill??
Actually melatonin is a hormone our bodies - produced naturally and helps control our sleep cycle. As it gets darker outside our melatonin rises and decrease in the morning as the sun rises.
It's great for people who have jet lag and night shifts and is one of the most used supplements in the US!!

If you really need it I would start with a very low dose and only use the synthetic version
