Is there a healthier Holiday Pie??

I hope everyone is having a great weekend and staying active :)
We all know that Sundays are for rest BUT that doesn't mean laying in bed (or couch) all day watching football or doing a Netflix marathon !!
Sundays are to be active rest days !! Go for a hike - a bike ride - build a snowman (if you have snow) or even chop some wood !! I'm not saying the football game or movie is not important but your body will thank you for doing active resting :)
So with the holidays fast approaching ( yes Thanksgiving is just a little over 2 weeks away ) one of my favorite parts of the holidays are the pies !!
My grandmother would make every possible pie flavor out there and all made from scratch !! The problem was that no matter how amazing they tasted there were not very good for the waistline!!
