What should I wear to workout outside in the cold??
I hope everyone is having a great weekend and staying healthy !!
So are you staying active this weekend or are you hibernating ??
Remember even just spending a few minutes being active is better than doing nothing !!
As I've stated before Sundays are a great day to prepare for the upcoming week - what do you want to achieve this week ?? how are you going to get there ?? how are you going to overcome those obstacles ?? How bad do you want it ??

So I've talked a lot about staying active regardless of what the weather is like outside and I had a few questions regarding what I should wear when it's cold outside??
Great question and here are my thoughts !! 1 - get in the right mindset - thinking that it's going to be miserable outside is not going to change the temperature
2 - layer your clothes - the longer you workout / run / bike / ski / hike you will heat up
3 - wear something to keep you dry as an outer shell - being wet and cold is not a good thing
4 - have fun :P
